Dear sweet readers, I'm so excited, I just have to post...
Today is Charlie's first birthday. We got home from the hospital yesterday, which was a fantastic surprise as we thought we'd be spending another night. I'm awed that Charlie is healing so fast and so beautifully from his craniofacial surgery. Today, he had a quiet, wonderful day of healing and giggling and smiling and sleeping and I just feel so flipping lucky to be his mama. So, I'm getting mushy and I'm probably crossing the "I'm a blogger and I over-share" line... but Jesus, its been a great day. Happy birthday to my wonder boy, Charlie.
